Course Description

This course aims at providing insight and knowledge about architectures and protocols for mobile and wireless communication. Topics ranging from physical layer to application layer in the mobile and wireless networking fields are covered. Application, design, performance analysis and development of mobile and wireless systems are investigated.

Prerequisites:: CS 540 - Operating Systems; CS 742 - Computer Communication Networks is recommended.
